Add-a-Motor, Inc. 35-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with an Add-a-Motor product, please call toll-free 1-888-233-6686, or email info@add-a-motor.com and request a refund and Return Authorization number (RA#). Package product and all components in the original product carton. Write your RA# on the outside of carton. Ship prepaid insured to: Add-a-Motor, Inc., 15821 E. Jericho, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268. Inside the carton, include a copy of your original purchase receipt.
NOTE: Your return must be received by us within 35 days of purchase. Sale is final after 35-days of purchase. Add-a-Motor will refund purchase price to your credit card (excluding shipping cost) if product is received within 35 days of purchase, and product is in original merchandisable condition, otherwise a repair/replacement charge can be deducted from the refund. No refund shall be made without an RA#.
