Add-a-Motor, Inc. 30-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with an Add-a-Motor product, please call toll-free 1-888-233-6686, or email info@add-a-motor.com and request a refund and Return Authorization number (RA#). No refund will be made without an RA#. Package product and all components in the original product carton. Write your RA# on the outside of carton. Ship prepaid insured to: Add-a-Motor, Inc., 16044 E Star Gaze, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268. Inside the carton, include a copy of your original purchase receipt.
NOTE: All sales are final after 30-days of purchase. Your return must be received by us within 40 days of purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee is applicable. Add-a-Motor will refund purchase price to your credit card (excluding shipping cost) if product is in original merchandisable condition, otherwise repair/replacement cost can be deducted from the refund.
